  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or alternative

  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamin

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 tablespoon walnuts



Blend all ingredients in a smoothie blender and enjoy!
